The Order fulfilment and Service & incidents modules share the workflow functionality of the Gridsz platform available from the Task menu in the portal.

Tasks can be searched using a combination of criteria such as address, date range, Task ID, External ID, Fiber ID and user(s). Additional columns can be added to the search criteria using the + icon and the combination of search criteria can be saved for future use.
The results pane can be tailored by adding/removing columns and, depending on user rights, the results can be exported.
Obviously, tasks can be edited and new tasks can be created, which is described in more detailed in dedicated articles.
