The damage report allows the Gridsz user to have a separate location (report) to store damage related data, independently from the related incident. The report can be linked to the resulting incident (of the damage). As for tickets, a damage report can have multiple statuses and will as well have an end-status which locks in the data and does not allow any more changes.
Unique to the damage report are:
- KLIC information
- Location based map (GPS or RD coordinates)
- Repair description
- Ability to add multiple contacts, including the ‘role’ of that contact. E.g. causer or observer.
