Besides the user portal, Gridsz also offers an extensive set of APIs to retrieve, validate and mutate data. This ensures that network owners and their stakeholders can integrate existing systems and processes, reducing the risk of editing mistakes and the cost of manual entry. Depending on the use case and module, Gridsz offers REST, GraphQL or Pub/Sub based APIs.

API Security
Gridsz considers security of utmost importance. This is why every API goes through extensive testing, to validate that it is secure and behaves as expected. Additionally, annually an external company is serviced to conduct a full-scope penetration test on the Gridsz platform and API’s. This way, we can validate that the platform is secure and cannot be breached.
On top of that, used frameworks are frequently checked for updates. This way, we make sure that Gridsz only uses framework versions which are still being actively supported.
New integrations must use OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials from the start, while existing Integrations are strongly advised to migrate to OAuth 2.0 to benefit from automated token rotation and enhanced security controls.
If you need credentials or an IP address whitelisted (or changes to one of these), please reach out to Gridsz Support via the support portal.
